Back from Deaf-initely Boleh! Well, the whole event was pretty useful. Like i've learnt more about the deaf. & i think hand signs are so cool! :D
Jerome said i dont need to go for the hearing test. My friends have to.
WHY?
Cos i talk too loudly x(
Everyone's been saying it! Yeeping wrote a random testimonial telling me that also. Maybe its because of StJohn! I mean, we always had to practise our volume. Or perhaps, im born THIS loud :D HEH. Quite cool what, no?
I think the only time i talk softer, is when i've got a really bad sorethroat & i CANNOT talk louder. HAHA. It sucks when i lose my voice totally, cos i love to talk(:
So, i was on the train home. When it got me thinking, Do guys forget their mannerism & etiquette when they grow older?
How come i havent seen guys offering their seats to ladies. How come it isnt ladies first when you get on the train. Whenever kids/elderly enter the train, i always offer my seat. Surprisingly, not many guys do it. I wouldnt say all. But its seriously the super MINORITY of guys who offer to kids or old ladies.
So you mean once you grow older, all these social etiquette start ta fade away as well? or because its public, you think since no one really knows you, no one will appreciate such kindness, you dont bother abt being gentlemanly at all? =/
Hmm.
Basic train etiquette like letting people come out first before you enter, giving up seats to young kids & elderly; So many people dont seem to get that at all.
These 2 guys even fought a place with a lady la (which got me started thinking) Super throw face.
